Treat yourself to a relaxing massage in the heart of nature
Introducing Caroline, Relaxologist-Reflexologist, Caroline offers personalized sessions at the campsite, either in your accommodation or outdoors in nature.
What is reflexology? Reflexology is based on the premise that each organ or part of the body corresponds to a specific area or point projected onto our feet, hands, face, and even our ears. Stimulation is done by manual pressure, using the hands, thumbs, and fingers, according to a detailed map that projects the body in miniature onto our extremities (feet, hands, face). The goal of stimulating these areas is to revive, revitalize, and readjust the vital functional potential of the organs and glands. The different techniques offered are:
PLANTAR REFLEXOLOGY
We find on our feet the representation of the human body ""in miniature"". Each "reflex" point corresponds to an organ, gland, or part of the body. Reflexology, through rhythmic, cadenced, and repetitive pressure, will gradually eliminate these toxins.
PALMAR REFEXOLOGY
Our hands are also highly innervated and vascularized, and can therefore be sensitive to touch. This technique has a calming effect on the neuromusculoskeletal system, but also draining and vascular.
CRANIOFACIAL REFEXOLOGY
Craniofacial reflexology works to address tension in general through the nerve endings in the skull, but also through the cranial sutures. The skull remains mobile and needs to be mobilized, particularly through its sutures. Among other things, it helps activate microcirculation, which is very effective for oxygenating tissues.
DORSAL REFEXOLOGY
Back reflex relaxation techniques drain the back, eliminate toxins, and deeply relax various muscle layers. This protocol, shorter (approximately 30 minutes) than other techniques, can be combined with foot, palm, or craniofacial reflexology for maximum and prolonged relaxation.
