Can I bring my dog(s)?
Yes, dogs are welcome at Le Ranch, both on the campsites and in our two safari tents.
However, dogs are not allowed in the Lotus Belle tents.
Please note the following:
- A cleaning supplement of €25 per stayis applied for dogs in safari tents.
- A maximum of two dogsare allowed per reservation.
- Dogs must be kept on a lead at all timesand never left unattended on site.
- While we love dogs, not everyone does, please respect other campers.
- Excessive barking, especially at night, will not be tolerated. If this is a problem, we may ask you to remove your dog from the site.
If you think your dog might have trouble adjusting to the environment, we ask that you leave them at home or arrange their own vacation if possible.
Until what time can we arrive on site?
We ask you to arrive no later than 9:00pm
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you plan to arrive after 9 pm, please let us know as soon as possibleso we can arrange your arrival.
Is the pool open all the time?
Our swimming pool is open every day from 10:30 am to 9:00 pm, from May to September.
We may need to temporarily close it for maintenance. This is always done with the safety and cleanliness of all our guests in mind.
No refunds will be madein the event of closure related to pool maintenance.
What is glamping?
Glamping is a combination of the words "glamor"and "camping."
It's a way to enjoy nature without sacrificing comfort.
At Le Ranch, this means keeping the spirit of tent camping, but in a more comfortable and much less stressful way.
Our glamping experience includes:
- A real bed with bed linen and towels provided
- A refrigerator to keep your food and drinks cool
- Kitchen equipment to easily prepare your meals
- Careful decoration to make your stay more pleasant
All the fun of camping, with a touch of added comfort!
If I book a camping place, do I have access to the same facilities as the glamping tents?
Yes! We want all our guests to have a great time at Le Ranch, whether you bring your own accommodation or stay in one of our glamping tents.
You will have access to the same shared facilities, including:
- Showers and toilets
- Kitchen and dishwashing areas
- Common areas and outdoor lounges
- Pool
Exception:the Nordic bath(private jacuzzi) is reserved for guests of the safari and Lotus Belle tents.
However, if a tent is not reserved, we will be happy to offer you access to the Nordic bath for a small additional fee, just ask!
