Introducing Caroline, Relaxologue-Réflexologue, Caroline offers personalized sessions at the campsite, either in your accommodation or outside in nature.

What is Reflexology? Reflexology is based on the postulate that each organ or part of the body corresponds to a specific zone or point projected on our feet, our hands, our face and even the ears. Stimulation is done by manual pressure, using the hands, thumbs and fingers, based on a detailed map which projects the body in “miniature” onto our extremities. (feet, hands, face) The objective of stimulating these areas is to revive, revitalise and readjust the vital functional potential of the organs and glands. different techniques offered are:

FOOT REFLEXOLOGY

We find on our feet the representation of the human body “in miniature”. Each “reflex” point corresponds to an organ, a gland or a part of the body. Reflexology, thanks to rhythmic, cadenced and repetitive pressures, will allow these toxins to be evacuated in a progressive manner.

PALM REFEXOLOGY

Our hands are also highly innervated and vascularized and therefore can also be sensitive to touch. This technique has a calming action on the neuro-musculoskeletal system but also draining and vascular.

CRANIOFACIAL REFEXOLOGY

Craniofacial Reflexology will act on tensions in general thanks to the nerve endings of the skull but also the cranial sutures. The skull remains mobile and needs to be mobilized in particular thanks to its sutures. It allows, among other things, to activate micro-circulation, very effective in oxygenating the tissues.

BACK REFEXOLOGY

The reflex back relaxation techniques will help drain the back, eliminate toxins and deeply relax the different muscle layers. This protocol, which lasts shorter (around 30 minutes) than the other techniques, can be combined with plantar, palmar or craniofacial reflexology to provide maximum and prolonged relaxation.

Duration of the session : 1h/1h30 Prices : 40€, reservation can be made directly with Caroline via SMS, WhatsApp, or call  +33 (0)6 36 05 52 18

Dogs

We love dogs here, but we do have a some simple rules to keep everyone happy. We except a maximum of 2 well behaved dog/s per pitch, yurt or safari tent 1. There will be other dogs, children and our own pets using the campsite, if your dog is highly reactive or nervous of people and other dogs, please leave them with someone at home or book them in for their own holiday. Your dog/s must be kept on a lead and under control at all times. They are never to be left in the tent on their own. We understand dogs like to bark and except a normal level of this, please respect other guests and do not leave your dog barking for long periods. Please could you let us know if you plan to bring you dog/dogs, thank you.
